Feat - Terms of Services

Welcome to Feat, a nutrition and fitness application that helps you track your dietary intake, fitness progress, and personal health metrics. By accessing or using the Feat application or website (collectively, the "App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we detect any unauthorized or suspicious activity.

5. Health and Fitness Information
Feat provides users with tools to track nutrition, fitness, and health metrics. However, the information provided by the App should not be considered medical advice. Always consult a healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet or fitness routine.
By using Feat, you acknowledge and agree that:
- The App does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.
- You are responsible for your own health and fitness decisions.
- The App is not liable for any adverse effects resulting from your use of the information provided.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
Some features of Feat may require payment or a subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the fees associated with the service. We reserve the right to modify subscription fees at any time. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by applicable law.
6.a Trial Periods and Renewals
If you sign up for a free trial, you may be automatically charged for the subscription once the trial period ends unless you cancel before the expiration date.
7. Third-Party Integrations
The App may integrate with third-party services such as fitness trackers or dietary databases. Feat is not responsible for any data shared with or obtained from these third-party services. You should review their terms of service and privacy policies before integrating them with Feat.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and software associated with Feat, including logos, trademarks, text, images, and code, is the intellectual property of Feat or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not:
- Copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the App or any content therein.
- Use the App or its content for commercial purposes without explicit written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Feat and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App.
- Feat does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of the information provided on the App.
In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for damages is prohibited, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Feat, its directors, employees, affiliates, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Modifications to the App and Terms
