  1. Shave the 150 g of frozen reindeer paper-thin and finely chop the 40 g of onion.
  2. Melt the 15 g of butter in a heavy pan over high heat, add the meat and cook 10 minutes until the liquid has boiled away and the meat browns. Stir in the onion and fry 3-4 minutes.
